Abstract
There is a trend of utilizing peer support in mental health, medical and welfare services. However, there are problems of dual relationships and boundaries. So, peer supporters are required unique specialty and establishing an identity, which is difficult. As a solution, it is possible to acquire the ability to show multiple roles, or as a structural solution, introduce junior peer supporters and senior peer supporters.
